1. Land Ownership & Rights

  • The dog field and all associated land remain the private property of the owners.

  • Use of the field is by permission of the owners and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • This agreement does not create any rights over the land; the landowner maintains control and possession of the field at all times.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made via the website: a-maze-in-dog-walks.com.

  • Bookings are for 30-minute or 60-minute slots (inclusive of arrival and departure). Please vacate the field promptly for the next user.

  • Only one car per booking and a maximum of 4 dogs at any time.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking; the booking is not valid without payment and confirmation email.

  • The combination to the padlock will be sent in the confirmation email. The combination is changed daily and must not be shared.

  • Bookings are non-transferable. The person who made the booking must be present and ensure all accompanying persons adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Late arrivals cannot extend the booking.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Bookings may be transferred to another mutually agreeable time if notified at least 6 hours before the booking.

  • The owners reserve the right to cancel or change time slots if necessary.

4. Right to Refuse Entry & Bans

  • The owners may refuse entry to any individual(s) at their discretion, without providing a reason.

  • Visitors may be temporarily or permanently banned for behaviour, misconduct, or misuse of the field.

  • No refunds are given for unused sessions in cases of misconduct or breach of these Terms.

5. Safety & Liability

  • Use of the field is entirely at your own risk.

  • The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, injury, accident, or damage to dogs, owners, handlers, personal property, or third parties.

  • You are responsible for the safety, control, and behaviour of your dog(s) and any accompanying persons.

  • You must ensure your dogs are healthy, vaccinated, and insured if necessary.

  • Dogs must not be left unattended at any time, including in the hut.

6. Dog Supervision & General Conduct

  • All dogs must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) throughout the booking.

  • Visitors must act respectfully toward others, the owners, neighbouring land, and the facilities.

  • Aggressive, abusive, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal or ban.

7. Dog Waste & Field Care

  • Visitors must collect and dispose of dog waste in the bins provided.

  • Dogs must not dig holes; any holes dug must be filled before leaving.

8. Neighbouring Fields & Livestock

  • Visitors must respect livestock on neighbouring fields and ensure dogs do not chase, bark excessively, or charge at boundary fences.

  • Visitors must not feed, approach, or interact with livestock.

  • A low-level screen is in place to help prevent dogs from seeing livestock, but owners remain responsible for supervising their dogs.

9. Arrival & Parking

  • Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot.

  • On arrival, wait in the designated waiting area until the previous visitors have opened the gate to leave. New arrivals must not open the gate whilst the previous visitor is still on site.

  • Once the gate has been opened by the previous visitors, new arrivals may drive in carefully, park in one of the marked bays, and ensure the gate is securely closed and locked behind them.

  • This procedure is for the safety of all visitors and their dogs and must be adhered to at all times.

  • Vehicles are left entirely at the owner’s risk; the landowners accept no responsibility for loss or damage.

10. Hut Use

  • Dogs must remain supervised while owners are in the hut.

  • Hot drinks are available at £2 via the honesty box (cash only) and are used at your own risk.

  • Children must not operate the hot drinks machine.

  • Dispose of all rubbish responsibly and leave the hut as found.

  • The owners accept no responsibility for accidents, burns, or injuries in the hut.

11. Smoking & General Rules

  • No smoking is permitted on the field.

  • Ensure the field and gate are securely locked when leaving.

  • Visitors must comply with site rules displayed on-site or provided at booking. Failure to comply may result in removal or ban from future use.

12. Children

  • Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

13. CCTV & Monitoring
